Which is #The_Best_Time_Table for 2021 ? Best Time table and schedule by Toppers Secret
• The best time table is not the one you follow… but the best time table is the one that follows you.
•Timetable is not necessary… you should make study a habit
Timetable is the thing which make you productive with respect to TIME.
Before discussing the best one. I want to tell you that... What makes it boring ?
• WRITTING - when to eat , when to sleep, when to do other activities ... Writting these things in your timetable makes it too boring.
• ITS LOOK... If it will not look good so how you will perform good ?
• Sticking It To Wall ! Don't Do This... Often we talk about sticking goals and time table on wall will encourage you study. But it just make you demotivated... Because it's impossible to exicute everything at that time which we have alloted to it.
Now, we discuss best qualities of time table and then make one by ourself.
Good qualities :
• It should be work oriented not time... Because at the end we have to finish the work within time... But when we go with just time it won't work that way... So time table should be FLEXIBLE as you want. Changing everything as per you want. Do the thing you want not as written in time table. Having no flexibility make it boring.
• it should be based on your INTEREST not like other timetables.
• it should looks ATTRACTIVE. If it's not attractive enough. You will never see it ones you made it.
Let's make one now...
Before making it... You should ask yourself some questions that will make you and your timetable productive.
I have already finished finding the answers of them. So let's start with questions and their answers.
• When is the best time to study ?
- before sleep and after sleep is best time to study. Because at that time we get less distracted and it's easy to focus.
• how much time you should study ?
- its about your capacity and absorption power. How much you can. It could be one minute or 1 day between... But it's totally on you. Let's say 3 hours a day is good to start.
• which place is better ?
- do you have your study place ? If yes it's enough. If not.. try to study at that place where no one will disturb you... Isolate for 3 hours when you study.
• what to study ?
- the time table we make will give you opportunity to study what you want. You will study as you want. But don't delicate the other work. As you like some subjects so you will do them , and the remaining one will get postponed. So at last you will have to study those also. Best thing you could do is start withthe difficult one so you will end up easily.
THE TIME TABLE ISN'T THAT IMPORTANT. YOU HAVE TO MAKE STUDY A HABIT.
So everything is clear now.
Let's see how our time table looks
It could be inside you mind. But write it on papar so that you can distroy it after making study a habit.
Let see. We have to study 3 hours. But we cannot continue study for three hours.
So we split it.
Making it 3 hours = 180 minutes
Now splitting these 180 minutes into three shifts.
Like 50+10+50+10+50+10.
You can split it as you want. Like 25+5+25+5...
As per your capacity of study at one time.
WHEN ITS 50 MINUTES STUDY FOCUSED AND TAKE BREAK OF TEN MINUTES. ITS THE FORMULA.
- another post on focused learning coming soon. Stay tuned with us. -
Now we have three shifts of 1 hours.
Managing them as per your time and the best time.
• So one shift at morning after you done every little task after awaking.
• Second at the best time when you can focus any time you want
• And third before sleeping.
Remember one thing...
Study also have its own parts like , MEMORIESING, LEARNING, REVISION, etc
SO,
REVISE WHEN IT'S AFTERNOON.
MEMORIES WHEN ITS MORNING
AND LEARN WHEN ITS NIGHT.
There's actually one thing about subjects.
Do the worst subject first.
So, let's see how my personal schedule looks...its actually for 7 hours.
7 am to 10 am - subject which I like most - learning.
12 pm to 1 pm - review what I learnt in the morning.
4 pm to 5 pm - review what I done last night.
9 pm to 11 pm - subject which I hate most - memories - I just save it in my brain after the exams i don't care what happened with it 😂.
- NO breaks in one hour shift
- one break of 15 minutes in two hour shift
- 10 minutes break in more than three hours shift.
- BREAK MAKES YOU PRODUCTIVE DONT SKIP THEM
And now I have habit to learn in morning.. reviewing it on afternoon and ending a day with the thing I don't care and don't like.
